Years ago, I remember reading the intro to Sister Hazel's album "Chasing Daylight "on their website.
The concept behind the album was embracing moments such as waking up in a car, looking out over the hood, and seeing the sun rise in the distance.
Seeing the light emerge as night turns into day.
Chasing Daylight.
The idea stuck with me as it was such a beautiful way to illustrate how we can focus on the darkness...
Or focus on the light.
So as I walk on an Autumn evening, surrounded by darkness, this little light reminds me there's beauty in everything if we choose to see it.
To embrace it.
And let that light guide the way home.
